Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal-care devices (e.g., massagers) that have been used
  • Health and wearable items once unsealed
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will ask for:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

After confirming the issue, we will offer:

  • A replacement, OR
  • A full refund, depending on your preference

There is no need to return damaged items if they are under $10 in most cases.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, contact us and we will assist you with the process.

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact us for assistance
